Individual therapy for people who've done the talking and still feel something's missing — working directly with the nervous system to move past overwhelm, old patterns, and stuck places.
Book a free 30-minute consultationLauren Eisele, MA, LPC, CAAP, works with clients navigating anxiety, addiction, trauma, and the kind of overwhelm that talk therapy alone hasn't fully resolved. Her approach blends somatic and sensorimotor psychotherapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) — going directly to the nervous system rather than only working through insight.
Before training as a therapist, Lauren spent over fifteen years working in biochemical restoration for addiction recovery and as an Ayurvedic practitioner, which continues to shape how she thinks about the body's role in healing. She earned her BA and MA at Naropa University in Boulder, with additional certification training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Elemental Psychedelics.
She sees clients in-person in Boulder, Colorado, and virtually by video.
